Cleanup March 26!

Ok guys, we know someone who is putting on a huge "cleanup" out at china hat on March 26. Alot of people are going to be there, including ATVers, shooters, paintballs, hikers, you name it. The bulletin might be there as well as pepsi and greg walden and whos knows who else, there is suppose to be raffles and BBQ and more, there is alot of talk about having stuff closed off because of poor saps who can't pick up after themselves, and thats just doesn't float when it comes to us paintballing out there, or whatever else it is you do out there for recreation. This can be a good thing for the paintball industry as well showing that we too care about taking care of the land we use for our sport, hope to see you all there!

Sounds like a great idea to me . The more positive exposure the sport has the better especially out in the forest where we play .The other folks out there might think a lil higher of us then if they figured we're just "the guys who go out an paint up the hillside an tree's"becuase they never been to one of our games.So you guys plannin on bein out there?
If so let me Know i'll try to get the day off if its on a saturday .if its on a sunday you can count me in i'll bring my trailer. Maybe clean up an then go have a paintball game afterwards.Heck think about it what with all these inviro freaks out there tryng to shut our wilderness down or restricting the uses to nill it might be a good idea to show the general public otherwise. All I've got to say is "The Badlands proposal" its only the begining

yes man we plan on being there, like you said a good way to promote paintball in CO. And yes maybe we will plana day of PB might as well since we are going to be out tehre already :P

Matt I will pass it on to the Rats. We have gone out and done this before. The Forest Service does this every so often. We have also gone out and cleaned up BLM land. It is a great way to let the public know that we are good stewards of the land.

It sounds like a great idea. I'd be there except that I will actually be in Alpine California. (gotta visit the unc. and aunt) I agree with everybody. I think this is a great way to show people that we're not a bunch of sick losers who go out and destroy the woods. I wish I could be out there with you.
